Returns & Exchanges

At Turquoise & Co., we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box and include all tags. Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number to monitor the progress of your return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
